Based on a novel with the same name, this film takes a very revisionist look at one of America's favorite presidents. After losing his mother to a vampire, young Abe swears to spend the rest of his life fighting them. Luckily for him he meets a man able to teach him how to kill them, and spends the first half of the movie in kill mode. As he progresses politically, the story line introduces the concept that Southern slave owners were vampires who kept slaves as cheap prey for their blood lust, and getting rid of that was the real reason for the American civil war.
